Justin and Emily wanted to have a unique wedding day and they had exactly what they wanted on a beautiful day in October. Everything started with a first look in forest park, but out of the many first looks we have done this one was different. Emily thought it was must to include their dog so when Justin turned around he saw his beautiful wife to be holding their little baby. Wonderful to see the joy in everyone’s eyes! The wedding party was happy to have fun in the park with Justin and Emily! We walked over to a tree for a few photos and as I was telling everyone to sit or lean on it wherever they wanted Emily just jumped right on top followed by Justin. It was surprising and fun to have a couple just literally jump into a fun pose with the wedding party. These are the moments that make each wedding unique. Many people just wait to be told where to stand or what to do, which is helpful, but it’s great for us to get the real personality out of a couple when they take charge by doing poses that really show their relationship. Keeping everything unique to them we continued to the graffiti wall and then across the river for a great arch view. It was so much fun to spend time with this great couple before the ceremony which was at the Racquet Club. Keeping with the theme they had a friend perform the ceremony and then snuck away for some family photos in the library which showed off all the wonderful decoration they had put together for the event. Kind words were spoken by several people during the reception, including each and every bridesmaid. Such joy from the very first moments of the day to the end, congratulations Emily and Justin!
