Liz and Zach

May 16, 2018

Liz and Zach and their families have been amazing to work with from the very start. From the first time we met, to the engagement photos at Busch stadium and now wedding day, each time we have enjoyed every moment with them. I really love how much they put all their trust into us to make the day beautiful. We helped with a timeline, talked about the best locations for photos on the property and we were happy to help with capturing the details of the day. The signs, jewelry, flowers, dresses and even the men trying to figure out the best way to fold their handkerchief. A very relaxed couple did a first look in the lobby of Silver Oaks before we headed down into the fields for some photos. It’s such a great moment when a couple sees each other for the first time. We can always see their faces light up with joy! There is a bit of a walk down to the paths and pond but Liz was ready to go with her flat shoes. She had no problem climbing over some rocks to stand in the best spot for photos. These two are going to have a hard time picking their favorites! The wedding party was fun to work with but we can’t talk about this wedding without mentioning the “ring security” The little ring bearer took his job very seriously and also enjoyed being in photos, with a few photo bombs his day was complete! Since we got all the wedding party and family photos done prior to the ceremony Liz and Zach were able to enjoy the cocktail hour. They had such a wonderful day, windy at time (wait I should say the word wind and they know why!) But having the ceremony and cocktails outside was just amazing. The reception was completed with Ted Drews along with the cake and some pretzels for a late night snack. We spent a moment outside getting the wonderful evening photos – it was nice for them to have another moment to themselves after everything was concluding. We hope everyone enjoyed the evening!
