Samantha went to a wedding show looking for vendors for her wedding. She and Michael are very busy with their kids so they relied on family to help them with vendor selections. When Samantha came into the office to start off the process of looking for a photographer her sister came in as well. They had already looked at a few photographer options and were getting discouraged by the high prices. When reviewing our packages it looked as if a weight had been lifted since they were way closer to budget and included much more than other options they had seen. They were quick to secure the date but wanted to take the information back to Michael to pick the exact package. We allow our couples to change the package anytime up to the week of the wedding. Sometimes you thing everything will work in a 8 hour package but then it gets tight on time and why stress about it just move up to the next option. Samantha decided an 8 hour – 4 hour combination package would work best. It was actually just the perfect amount of time. We started off the day meeting them at the Jewel Box. The ceremony would take place here and she knew she would be too busy in the morning to want us around for photos. This way everyone could arrive relaxed ready to get married. After the ceremony we worked as fast as possible to get family photos. This wasn’t a problem at all because the families loved having photos taken! They asked for lots of different combinations of family members, this will really ad some variety to the wedding album. A summer wedding kept us in the shade for as long as possible, which really makes for better photos anyway. The nice breeze in the park and the amazingly fun wedding party we had made the time go by very quickly. All of a sudden we needed to leave the park and head down to the graffiti wall downtown. These photos were fun and relaxed, a great element to any wedding. It shows personality from everyone in the wedding party, especially Samantha and Michael. A reception that had party feel to it went on and on – it was fun to watch everyone enjoying themselves with the new married couple. Congratulations to them and the new family!
