Jennifer contacted us long before Jackson arrived. We photographed her wedding and she knew she wanted us to photograph her first born. Brian and Jennifer were such a pleasure to work with at the wedding we were extremely excited to hear they had a baby on the way. Jennifer was on top of the session planning contacting us from the hospital once she knew the day she would be going home. She wanted to set up an appointment as early as possible so Jackson would be asleep the whole session. We got something scheduled on day 11 and Jackson was amazing. Jennifer and Brian had some sports photos in mind which was very fun, making the session unique to them. We seamlessly transitioned from one pose to the next while Jackson slept. He was just so easy to calm between clothing changes, mom and dad couldn’t have gotten a better session. When we did their engagement session a few years ago they wanted to include their dog, Luna. She is a family member so of course she would be included in the newborn session. We started off with everything that Luna was in so she could just relax. By the end of the session she was very ready to leave – especially after all the walks she was promised! When Jennifer arrived she was pretty sure she would want to do the disc session getting all the images instead of having to choose. Of course she will have her favorites to order for wall photos but having all of them is great for the newborn session. After Jackson did such an amazing job there was no doubt the disc session was the best option! We are looking forward to watching Jackson grow. Perhaps he will be a sports enthusiast like his parents or maybe roll his eyes that he was forced to have photos with a football. Thanks for trusting us with your new addition!
